Services

We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Dubai area. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and more.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, cheques, and online transfers.

Customer Data

When you complete our online contact form or book our services, we collect basic personal data such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing and managing the requested cleaning services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Damages and Liability

Our cleaning staff takes great care with your property and belongings. However, accidents can happen. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Damages caused by our staff will be our responsibility up to a maximum value of the service cost.

Access to Premises

You agree to provide safe access to the premises and inform us of any potential hazards or obstacles prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide top-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the areas of concern free of charge.
